Custom Foam Fabricators - Payment Policy & Conditions |
Initial Quote |
Custom Foam Fabricators will provide complementary quotes to established members in the Sign Industry. We will gladly quote any project based on:
- Any of our standard models
- Your custom design
An accurate quote request should include artwork (to scale) including:
- Dimensions (width x height x depth) in feet
- Number of Stucco Colors (first color is free)
- If Graphics are required (or you can apply your own)
- Graphic View (single or double sided)
- Quantity of Monuments in Order
Quotes are typically provided within 24 hours of completing our Online Quote Request Form. Quotes are valid for (30) days. Turnaround time is listed at the bottom of each Quote at the current production schedule time.
Important Note: We service sign industry professionals nationally. Due to our high-volume, our turnaround time changes daily. This means if you order a monument several weeks after receiving the initial quote, the turnaround time will most likely change. Ask your Sales Representative what the current production turnaround time is BEFORE you commit a deadline to your customer.

Initial Deposit |
We require a 50% initial deposit before beginning production. Production starts once artwork is approved, and initial payment has been received.

Production Process |
We are willing to start production and wait for paint manufacturer codes, as the stucco color (or colors) are the final stage in the production process. While this speeds up the overall turnaround time, waiting until the last minute to provide a color code will extend the overall turnaround time.
We understand each customer's project is unique, and some clients take more time than others to provide the color code information required to make the project perfect. It's our job to make the project right. It's your job to explain there will be a delay in fabrication if color codes are not initially provided. This applies to monument stucco colors, graphic color matches, and any faux masonry matches.

Project Completion - Approval & Balance Due |
Once your project is completed, we will email you detailed photography (before your project is crated) for approval. This allows both you & your customer to review the final product to ensure accurate results before you receive delivery. We then require the 50% balance, crate and freight fees paid in full before release of shipment.

Shipment |
Once the completed photography is approved, we will crate your project, and even include touch-up bottles of all stucco colors used in case there are any issues during installation.
Keep in mind our crating systems are based on specifications that exceed freight carrier requirements. This means (in the very odd case) there is damage in transit, we have you covered. And yes, we welcome you to use your own freight carrier to pick up from our facility. We do not up-charge freight fees, and do not provide any support for damage claims if you use your own freight carrier.
