Custom Foam Fabricators, Inc. introduces impact resistant, maintenance-free EPS foam-core signs, for use in exterior main entrance signage applications. In addition to stucco finishes, we also offer the ability to add faux brick masonry to any portion of your sign monument project.

The hard coat protection insures an insect, bird and pest proof finish that is fire and impact resistant. The end result is a monument that will outlast any conventional stucco, wood or metal sign. We are so confident in the longevity of our products that we offer a seven year limited warranty.

How Our Faux Brick Monument Signs Are Made

As with our stucco sign monument, each monument is custom made to shape in EPS Foam. Then each sign project is sprayed with an exclusive hard-coating process, giving it durability to withstand any climate (without rusting or rotting). Once fully cured, the project is then top-coated with an additional layer of synthetic stucco. This provides a professional appearance that requires no maintenance (other than cleaning) that will last.

Once the stucco sign monument is complete, we then spray an additional layer of stucco for the mortar joint color. We then mask the brick pattern, and add a very thick topcoat of stucco for the brick color. Our unique process results in a dimensional effect that matches traditional brick and mortar appearance. Note: We can match any brick pattern from a digital photo.

Our stucco sign monuments are made to order, and are priced by overall cubic volume of materials used. This gives you the versatility to add your own sign panels, individual letters, and even integrated illuminated sign cabinets based on your project design.

More Product Information

We can Custom Color Match the stucco based on any major paint manufacturer color code (Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams are preferred). We can match as many additional stucco colors for an additional fee, meaning (for example) the base and trim can be one stucco color, and the rest of the unit another stucco color.

We can also match any brick pattern (single color bricks or even mixed color bricks) and brick masonry pattern. Remember, any faux masonry incurs additional fees based on the surface areas to be covered, and the complexity of the faux masonry match.
